Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing times may take longer.

Shipping Rates:  Rates are calculated  at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Times: 

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
• Priority Shipping (1-3 business days

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

Jae's Beauty Creations ships from the United States. We currently ship within the United States. 

Damaged or Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos at jaesbeautycreations@gmail.com

Local Pickup:

Available in Anderson, SC by appointment only. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready and pickup location.
